Everything is set up. There's a 99.9% chance that I will be on a plane to Tokyo-Narita on July 31st. I say 99.9% because I'm going to have to make deposits, get a passport, etc. though I'm sure it won't be a problem. I would love nothing more than to finally meet Keisuke. He's been a really good friend and even though we both have some difficulties finding time to talk, I enjoy writing to and hearing from him.

I have yet to get my itinerary, but I'm hoping for at lesat two or more days to sightsee in Tokyo by myself. I'm trying to get myself better acquainted with Japanese vocabulary so I can understand and communicate better. I do understand the principles of basic grammar and can figure the rest out on my own, can read hiragana and katakana quickly, but my weakest point is vocabulary.

I think I'm going to enjoy my 16 days in Tokyo. I'm going to start a separate journal (site address to be given later) when we get closer to my depature date. So many things I have to do to prepare...
