For those of you who can't speak/read Japanese, I said:

Busy and stressed
Ahh... I'm exhausted. Examination hell! But I passed Systems Applications in C++, Digital Technologies and Introduction to Information Technology so I'm happy!

Winter vacation coming soon!!! Waiting impatiently...

(I realize this may not be 100% accurate, but it's the first time I've put together a near proper sentence in Japanese, so any feedback would be appreciated!) I promise, after the exam is over I will start writing more!

The senteces are very good.
Some minor changes:

あ~~~ぐったり…。受験地獄!
でも「・・・」、「・・・」、「・・・」に受かりました。
だからうれしいです!

もうすぐ冬休み、待ち遠しい!!

When you know the writer, you can omit the subject, 僕.
もうすぐ=まもなく
待ち遠しい(まちどおしい)=待ち兼ねる

I think this journal is casual.
So, でも is better than しかし.
[casual] でも<しかし<しかしながら [formal]
待ち兼ねる is a little bit old expression.
However, it's OK when you used it for effect.

Keisune-san, thank you for your feedback. I always have a hard time remembering when to use certain words, since there are multiple words that mean the same but have different levels of politeness. There's really nothing like that in English so it's interesting.

I will remember that from now on!

それでは、また。
