I had a very terrible day today. I came to work and said "hi" to my coworker Karen, who promptly scowled at me. I went to find out what was wrong, and apparently she found out that I complained about her last month. She's very pissed, but I was even more pissed when I found out the truth.

I had complained about her being slow and not doing what I assigned her. When she first started becoming a merchandiser back in November, I was told to train and then instruct her on what to do, and I have been doing that ever since then. Well, when Chris became my supervisor in January apparently my role in the team changed without my knowing. And the whole time I had been assigning her stuff to do. I noticed that she wasn't getting it done and started complaining. Chris NEVER tells me anything.

I am so sick of this kind of miscommunication. This isn't the first time that miscommunication has screwed me. I've gone to Dick, one of the managers, before for similar reasons and he's always "I'll talk to Chris." but that's the last I hear of it. I'm going to talk to Dick again and demand to be reassigned to another department, one that's not run by Chris. I am so fed up and I'm not going to take any more crap.
